Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
Administer employee insurance, pension, and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers.
Calculate the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives, stock option plans, etc.).
Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepare reports about internal equity and external competitiveness.
Design and develop different schemes of variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the back office, and enabling functions).
Design and maintain the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation.
Monitor reviews of compensation and Benefits packages to maintain market positioning.
Analyze compensation and benefits trends, current programs, and legislation to assist the staffing chief with data for presenting recommendations.
Assist staffing chief in preparing guidelines, structures, and communication materials for annual salary reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
Good knowledge of compensation and benefit activities.
Familiar with job evaluation methods including Hay Group, Mercer and GGS.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines.
