● Coordinate and manage all purchase orders and monitor their process.
● Receive all needed licenses from Iran FDA and other organizations.
● Follow up on all banking affairs related to foreign purchases, following up on currency allocation.
● Follow up on matters related to customs clearance and customs affairs.
● Follow up and complete documents related to the Food and Drug Administration in order to update and validate licenses and permits.
● Document and archive all product reports.
● Salary: Negotiable.
Requirements
● Sufficient experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and API’s importing, registering in Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and customs Affairs.
● Fluent in English.
● Familiar with MS Office.
● Fluent in teamwork, responsible, creative, and persistent to achieve the result.
● Dominant to foreign commercial affairs.
● Sufficient comprehensive knowledge of the business process, rules, and correspondence.
● High public relations and skills in conducting foreign negotiations regarding the purchase of goods and obtaining representation.
● Dominant to commercial Affairs in the field shortage and registered pharmaceuticals and APIs.
● Sufficient experience in the foreign trade of pharmaceutical companies.
● Familiarity with the rules and regulations in the field of registration and import under license.
● Proficiency in documentation matters.
● Sufficient exhibition experience, negotiating and concluding contracts.
● Expert in customs regulations - clearance and banking - export imports and related organizations.
● Dominant to EPL systems, comprehensive trading system, and warehouse system.
● Full acquaintance with INCOTERMS.
● Dominant to shipping affairs.
● Familiar with registered and shortage drugs.
● Dominant to Iran FDA rules.
● Familiar with drug laws in the field of drug registration and import of registered drugs.
● Dominant to negotiation.
● Fluent in analysis and decision-making.
● Full control over foreign trade processes in the field of import of pharmaceutical raw materials and registered and emergency drugs.
● Sufficient experience in the foreign trade of pharmaceutical companies.
