Job Description

- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. - Continuous evaluation of receiving the product samples and categorization and maintenance of the products to verify the quality products. - Continuous market assessment to identify and select the suppliers and provide the suppliers database. - Continuous evaluation of inventory to ensure the best goods movement in warehouse and stores, and also propose practical suggestions about the slow moving goods and dead stock. - Surveillance on the quality of received goods to ensure the vendor’s quality standards. - Familiarity with chemistry industries process equipment. - Receiving purchase requests from departments including full specification of the request. - Handling of all commercial affairs such as order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers. - Developing relations with distributors/ suppliers -Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and price list. - Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process. - Following up the goods delivery to warehouse and payment process - Support the organization through activities focused on cost reduction.

Requirements

- B.A/M.A in Business management or other related field. - At least 4years experience as a commercial manager. - Good computer skills, and dominated with related professional software. - High communication and negotiation skill. - Mastery in principals of commercial contracts purchasing & procurement
