Job Description

- Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs and services such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups, etc. - Negotiation with foreign suppliers and managing orders - Handling logistic issues and checking all shipping documents - Handling deals with suppliers - Prepare documents for import license (MOH & MOC) - Prepare purchase orders - Getting necessary documents from related company for registration in MOH - Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers - Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems - Resolving contractual and commercial problems - Being up to date of current laws, regulations and anticipate changes if required in working areas (such as import and custom affairs)

Requirements

- Knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, risk management and financial management. - Full Familiar with commercial and international business terms. - Full Familiar with latest Incoterms & import regulations. - Full Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures. - Full Familiar with MOH registration process including agencies and products. - Good communication and ability to work under pressure and must be extremely well-organized. - At least MA degree, preferable candidates with a degree in Business Administration, commercial management, or any other related fields. - At least 5 years’ experience as a commercial management. - Advanced in computer skills including ICDL skills (excel sheets, outlook, etc.). - Fluent in English: Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading. - Excellent command of Incoterms, logistics, Shipping charters, international trade processes. - Strong negotiating skills. - Full control of communication and all foreign correspondence and price inquiry from the foreign producer company. - Understanding the processes and rules of clearance, customs, purchasing, domestic and foreign transportation. - Excellent teamwork.
