• Formulate and lead the implementation of the supply chain strategy
• Develop and oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering the commercial department
• Manage supplier and customer relations in order to improve operations and reduce costs
• Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results
• Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
• Forecasting; monthly and annually
• Planning purchasing and delivery timetables
• Planning and organizing the distribution of goods
• Reporting to Management all group activities weekly
Requirements
• Male
• 30-35
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Commercial Management or related field
• Good oral and written communication skills; Fluency in English is a must
• 4 years experience in B2B (field of Oil chemical or related industry)
• Experience in Commercial (Incoterms, Purchasing, Searching best way to import)
• Experience in sales and purchasing both
• Having full knowledge of customs and transportation affairs
• Multi tasking
• Self motivated
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills; great level of efficiency of Office and Outlook
• Ability to handle complaints
• Knowledge of logistics distribution process
• Good Communication skill
• Ability to work as team player
