Job Description
● Planning, carrying out, and coordinating internal and external business services such as correspondence, negotiation, contract amendments, preparation of payment documents, shipping and delivery schedules, business registration procedures, customs affairs, and transportation follow-ups.
● Communicating with suppliers to inform them about new products.
● Staying up-to-date on current laws, and regulations and anticipating changes as needed in business areas (such as import, export, and customs matters).
● Developing new markets and searching for new customers who may benefit from group services.
● Market development, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
● Controlling and checking reports and work progress.
● Developing and monitoring operations and procedures.
● Responding to customers regarding order status, order changes, or cancellations.
