Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate in logistics department budget planning.
Optimize processes to reduce costs (e.g., truck utilization and specific projects).
Develop and manage logistics and distribution KPIs.
Monitor monthly KPIs related to DC operations and propose action plans to achieve goals.
Contribute to the elaboration and implementation of procedures and instructions related to quality and safety.
Ensure adherence to warehouse, transportation, and fleet management procedures.
Identify the training needs of the team.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes, such as order management, accounting, or shipping.
Report and present logistics activities

Requirements:
Knowledge of supply chain management (Transport, Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, and Planning).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to measure, report, and analyze KPIs.
Strong follow-up skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with financial statements, budgeting, and risk management.
Agility to embrace and drive change while working under pressure.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Knowledge of route planning.
