● Work with the key account managers, and manage assigned accounts in line with commercial programs and agreements.
● Use analytics and up-to-date information to identify threats and opportunities from the market at the country level.
● Support the planning process in developing market-based and situation analyses.
● Identify issues and opportunities and associated strategies or actions to address by partnering with business analytics.
● Responsible for customer field coverage across all countries.
Requirements
● Pharmacist or Medical Doctorate.
● At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and distribution.
● Professional sales experience.
● Analytical thinker and creative problem solver.
● Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
● People management and leadership experience.
● Fluency in English.
