Job Description

  • To prepare, and analyze non-financial and operational performance to leadership and internal managers and contribute towards the development of accounting practices to ensure Digikala complies with the highest financial management principles and accuracy of financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is often required. Some companies may prefer candidates with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or professional certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Experience: Several years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles, such as financial analyst, financial controller, or similar positions, is typically required. Supervisory or managerial experience may also be preferred, especially for senior-level roles.
  • Financial Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. Ability to create and interpret financial models, and perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Understanding of financial and business concepts, including financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial ratios.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools, software, and technologies such as financial modeling software, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed financial insights and recommendations. Ability to assess risks and opportunities, make sound financial decisions, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
