Responsible for scenario modeling for BAT PARS and competitors among the various pricing and excise updates.
Ensure sound and timely business cases are produced.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of pricing requirements.
Contributes to the development of an integrated pricing and excise strategy from a commercial perspective.
Contribute to the development of an integrated trade remuneration strategy taking into consideration competition behaviors and other key factors.
Coordinate and prepare price communication updates to customers in a timely and proactive manner, in line with BAT’s global and local policies and procedures.
Prepare meaningful analysis including pricing/NTO ‘Cause of Changes’ to understand trends and prepare reports to assist decision-making.
Participate in meetings, activities/projects related to pricing and excise and contribute to the key decision-making process.
Promote and maintain good relationships with peers within and between departments through active involvement in cross-functional activities and projects.
Build relationships with and coordinate with other finance functions and non-finance functions to ensure seamless financial reporting and understanding of key financial metrics.
Ensure an appropriate level of knowledge of pricing and excise issues in order to be able to add value in supporting senior management decision-making.
Requirements
University graduate (MBA/Finance) preferably a professionally qualified accountant i.e., CA/ACCA/CPA.
At least 5 years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation or qualification with a reputable organization within or outside Iran.
Working experience in an ERP environment (i.e., Dynamics) is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
Adaptable, proactive, dynamic, and self-motivator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player, ability to work as part of the team for the collective goal.
Able to prioritize and deliver under pressure and in challenging situations.
