Job Description

• Follow up with customers.
• Evaluate customer requests (technical and price).
• Search for external sources and evaluate their reliability.
• Prepare requests and send them to suppliers via email.
• Send inquiry emails to all suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers' proposals and prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and update their status to receive orders.
• Follow up orders from finance and commercial department to order suppliers and update order status and track delivery time.
• Follow up on cargo delivery and customs clearance process and preparation of documents for delivery.
• Issue draft invoices for the financial department and tracking customer payments.
• Close cooperation with the financial department.
• Cooperate with the management team to find better solutions.
• Cooperate in strategic planning.
