Job Description
* Full proficiency in import and export processes, including order registration, foreign currency allocation, import quota management, and obtaining required permits from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (production & trading sectors)
* Proficient in working with Iran’s National Trade System, Customs System, Radio Regulatory Authority system, and other related platforms
* Strong knowledge of foreign trade principles, regulations, commercial documents, Incoterms, logistics and transportation processes, and banking procedures
* Ability to prepare, review, control, and maintain commercial documentation, including invoices, pro forma invoices, shipping documents, correspondence, and contracts
* Follow-up and coordination of the logistics and supply chain from sourcing stage through final delivery to destination
* Familiarity with mandatory standards and regulatory requirements for imported and domestically produced goods
* Ability to prepare, analyze, and present reports related to commercial activities and import operations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with related authorities and organizations, including the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade
* Capability to conduct in-person follow-ups with the Ministry of Industry, related governmental bodies, commercial banks, and the Central Bank regarding import processes
* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (business correspondence and communication)
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management, planning abilities, and strict adherence to confidentiality principles
* Holder of at least a Bachelor’s degree
* Minimum of two (2) years of effective work experience in foreign trade
