The commercial expert will also be responsible for logistics and shipping activities related to the product as well as for A-Z of the product, from sourcing and ordering the product, arranging for logistics, till receiving it in stock, on top of improving and developing the product for future orders.
Roles:
● Arranging for shipments and following up on forwarders until goods are received in our stocks.
● Developing order forms by analyzing which and how many parts are required for each product model.
● Organizing shipments and related activities up to customs clearance.
● Working closely with the senior product manager in creating and designing new models based on the market research he/she has conducted.
● Conducting market analysis, based on available competitive products, prices, and quality and reporting his findings to the senior product manager.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or in a related discipline.
● At least five years of work experience.
● Experience with project cost analysis.
● Extensive experience in logistics administration.
● Experience in public procurement procedures.
● Experience in negotiating and changing multiple types of standard agreements.
● Excellent ability in writing and speaking English.
● High attention to detail.
● Analytical and synthetical thinking/writing as well as excellent capability in writing and formatting documents.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
● Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
● Strong knowledge of project-related commercial and financial terms.
● Knowledge of INCOTERMS.
