Job Description

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Banimode, you will play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce business forward. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize all commercial activities, ensuring the continued growth and success of our online retail platform. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive targets and KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms to optimize margins and inventory management.
Drive innovation in sales and marketing initiatives, including the use of digital technologies and data analytics.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial activities, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA graduate is preferred.
Proven track record of success in a senior commercial or sales management role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Deep understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
