Job Description

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Banimode, you will play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce business forward. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize all commercial activities, ensuring the continued growth and success of our online retail platform. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms to optimize margins and inventory management.
  • Drive innovation in sales and marketing initiatives, including the use of digital technologies and data analytics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial activities, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the commercial team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA graduate is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior commercial or sales management role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to effectively manage budgets and P&L.
