Job Description

● Supervise the activities of contractors in accordance with the approved plans and submit the necessary reports to the site manager. ● Review contractors' status statements and reports. ● Investigate and resolve inconsistencies and executive problems in the civil sector. ● Use computer software in various fields to develop detailed designs. ● Perform complex calculations required for efficient design. ● Communicate with customers and specialists of implementing companies, including architects and subcontractors. ● Develop project specifications and monitor the bidding process. ● Solve problem design problems. ● Manage project budgets and resources. ● Plan for materials and purchasing equipment and delivering them. ● Ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with legal requirements, especially health and safety. ● Assess the sustainability and environmental impact of the project. ● Ensure that completed projects and structures are completed based on budget and timed estimates.

Requirements

● Excellent skills in information technology, mathematics, and engineering. ● Ability to accurately and clearly describe ideas and designs in order to convey complex engineering concepts. ● Ability to analyze big data, evaluate solutions and make the right decisions. ● Skills in project management. ● Ability to carry out projects within the set budget and time. ● Ability to work in a team, especially working with people who may be culturally and religiously different from you as a worker. ● Knowledge of related laws and regulations, especially safety and standard laws. ● Writing skills for reporting.
