Chief Marketing Officer (CMO);

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media, brand communications, and customer loyalty programs.
Analyze user behavior data and optimize customer retention strategies.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
Develop creative branding and market growth strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields; or an MBA graduate.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or consumer brand marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).
Familiarity with CRM systems, customer behavior analysis, and marketing software.
Proficiency in English is required to follow global trends and technical documentation.
