Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning: Plan, direct, and manage the organization’s overarching financial strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
Group Financial Oversight: Provide executive oversight of financial performance, reporting, and processes across all subsidiary companies to ensure financial integrity and consolidation.
Liquidity & Cash Management: Proactively manage cash flow and secure necessary liquidity for ongoing operations and capital projects; manage working capital and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions and banks.
Taxation & Budgeting: Oversee accounting operations, budgeting, treasury management, and all tax-related matters (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and insights to senior management and the Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
Cost Control & Cost Accounting: Establish effective cost control systems, analyze production costs, and optimize financial processes within the manufacturing lifecycle.
Compliance & Standards: Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and ensure rigorous implementation of internal financial controls.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, analyze market volatility, and drive continuous improvement of organizational financial processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional financial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, modeling, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cost accounting and production processes in a manufacturing environment.
Technology: Proficient in advanced financial software and ERP systems.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, decisive judgment, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
