Job Description
Extreme Walls is seeking a senior finance leader to lead, redesign, and elevate its financial function.
This is not a traditional accounting role. The selected candidate will own the company’s end-to-end financial performance and improve financial discipline through stronger payment processes, cash-flow management, tax compliance, budgeting, and management reporting—turning Finance into a strategic decision-making partner for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Payments, Receivables, and Tax functions.
Manage and develop the finance team; define structure, roles, KPIs, and development plans.
Design, improve, and implement standard processes for payments, collections, petty cash, expense approvals, and document controls.
Manage company cash flow, payment planning, financial commitments, and prioritization of cash usage.
Improve receivables management, collections, customer credit policies, and working-capital efficiency.
Design and implement annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and budget-variance analysis.
Prepare regular management reports for the CEO, including sales, profitability, costs, cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
Review and update the company’s tax structure and compliance, including corporate tax, VAT, taxpayer systems, tax filings, and tax audits.
Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, banks, advisors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
Oversee financial statements, month-end/year-end closing, accounting standards, and legal compliance.
Strengthen internal controls to reduce errors, unnecessary payments, fraud exposure, and financial risk.
Analyze profitability by product, customer, sales channel, and key business initiative.
Partner with senior management on pricing, investment, business development, and cost-control decisions.
Assess and enhance financial software, treasury tools, reporting systems, and management dashboards.
Build transparency, discipline, and predictability across financial operations and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 12 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial management.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Director, Deputy CFO, CFO, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
Proven experience leading finance teams in medium-sized or large organizations.
Strong expertise in cash-flow management, treasury, payments, receivables, and working capital.
Solid experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
Full knowledge of tax regulations, VAT, taxpayer systems, tax audits, and related legal requirements.
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and executive-level management reports.
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems.
Familiarity with profitability analysis, pricing, and financial business models is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
High analytical ability, sound judgment, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.
Personal Competencies
A business-oriented mindset beyond traditional accounting.
Ability to build structure, discipline, and sustainable financial processes.
Confidence to identify financial risks and provide practical solutions to senior management.
Strong ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
Ability to lead teams and build effective collaboration between Finance and other business functions.
