Job Description

Meta Sports Complex is looking for a Senior Executive for effective leadership and management. We are looking for someone who has the ability to solve problems and manage changes. This person should formulate organizational strategies and undertake their implementation and take steps in line with the overall goals of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Overall leadership of the company and setting of macro strategies for growth and development
- Making decisions about setting and achieving key goals
- Solving complex management issues and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring the performance of all departments and ensuring effective coordination and cooperation between them
- Reporting to the board of directors on financial status and performance results
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with business and macro partners
- Planning to attract new members

Qualifications:
- Complete and comprehensive mastery of English at a professional level
- Having a degree in business related fields, management or similar
- Strong abilities in leadership and team management
- High problem solving and decision making skills
- Big managerial experience and work experience in executive positions of similar businesses
