● Define the brand strategy for the RTL-Theme.com brand. ● Identify and analyze target markets and methods of accessing them. ● Enhance the brand attributes of RTL-Theme.com aligned with marketing approaches and goals through online and digital channels. ● Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns through standard indicators. ● Design and set analytical tools and measurement indicators to analyze the behavior of site visitors and social pages. ● Design and implement online marketing campaigns such as email marketing campaigns, click ads, viral campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns, display advertising campaigns, etc. ● Project control and report active campaigns. ● Plan the production of graphic, textual, and visual content and monitor their production stages. ● Social media and website strategy design. ● Use growth hacking techniques in marketing processes
Requirements
● Proficient in writing marketing plans. ● Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Studio. ● Proficient in digital marketing strategies (SOSTAC, AARRR, and RACE). ● Proficient in Retention Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Lead Generation. ● Ability to achieve marketing goals based on metrics (CPL, CPO, CPA). ● Proficient in Performance Marketing concepts. ● Proficient in Inbound Marketing and Email Marketing. ● Mastering the stages of designing and managing marketing campaigns. ● Ability to set up and regularly present plans, solutions, and campaign reports. ● Familiar with the principles of branding and managing PR campaigns. ● Familiar with the principles of community building. ● Familiar with the principles and techniques of negotiation. ● Proficient in KPI and OKR metrics. ● At least three years of work experience. ● Creative; teamwork spirit. ● Interested in learning and progressing. ● Responsible and energetic.
