Job Description

● Develop strategies and production and sales plans at the micro and macro levels and short-term and long-term goals. ● Supervise all operations and activities to ensure their economic success as well as compliance with the company's overall strategy and mission. ● Make the right investment decisions to promote business and increase profits. ● Follow the legal and internal instructions to continue the legal process of the company and business ethics. ● Financial and non-financial reporting to achieve the necessary solutions and reforms. ● Establish relationships between all elements of the company. ● Have sufficient information about the market and competing companies.

Requirements

● Having specific experience in the position of CEO or other management-related job positions. ● Having experience in developing strategic profitability and implementing a vision. ● Have a thorough understanding of company finance and performance management principles. ● Familiarity with business-appropriate performance, such as sales and marketing, production, finance, etc. ● Complete knowledge of production planning, performance appraisal, training methods, and employee empowerment. ● Having experience in organizational affairs and team leadership. ● Having appropriate experiences and problem-solving skills. ● Having excellent communication and general skills. ● Familiar with Workplace Safety and Environmental factors. ● Skills in warehouse inventory turnover systems. ● Having at least Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering or related fields.
