About the Role
We’re seeking a CEO for a company active in the automotive industry who will lead the company's strategy, business operations, and growth, and deliver strong and sustainable performance.
Responsibilities
• Define and execute the company’s strategy and vision
• Own overall performance, growth, and P&L
• Lead tire sales, sourcing, import, and distribution operations
• Develop strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners
• Expand the company’s market presence, sales channels, and customer base
• Lead the executive team and core business functions
• Optimize inventory, supply chain, pricing, and working-capital management
• Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial risk management
Requirements
• At least 10 years of management and leadership experience in the tire industry
• Experience in the sales of imported tires is required
• Proven experience running and growing a tire trading or distribution business
• Strong knowledge of the tire market, suppliers, and distribution channels
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Hands-on experience owning a P&L and managing business performance
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
