Job Description

Sabah Industrial Group is looking for a CEO to lead and manage strategic processes and be responsible for continued growth and development. The applicant must have management experience in the retail and distribution of basic commodities industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement macro strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure all activities are carried out with high efficiency.
- Develop and manage the organization's budget and monitor the optimal use of financial resources.
- Communicate effectively with board members and provide comprehensive and accurate reports on the organization's performance.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with external partners and institutions to strengthen the organization's position.
- Identify new opportunities for business development and expansion.
- Lead and motivate the senior management team to achieve set goals.
Qualifications:
- Significant management experience at a senior level in the retail and distribution of basic commodities industry
- Ability to analyze and make decisions in critical and complex situations.
- Strong skills in managing and leading large teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization.
