Job Description

● Report to manage and perform the duties of a secretary. ● Archive documents as well as enter data and maintain databases. ● Direct internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments. ● Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. ● Monitor office supplies and replacement orders. ● Help copy, scan, fax, email, take notes, and book trips. ● Provide facilities and arrange drinks for events if needed.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree. ● One to three years of work experience will be an advantage. ● Fluent in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases. ● Ability to communicate internally and externally in administrative matters. ● Ability to archive and record records. ● Excellent organizational skills. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
