The position holder is responsible to provide complete secretarial/clerical service and support to CEO and including office management, time management, correspondence, and clerical responsibilities.
Role description:
● Provide complete secretarial and administrative service to determined managers in order to facilitate organizational processes.
● Organize meetings and follow-ups including scheduling, sending reminders, and MOMs and any further follow-ups to ensure attendee alignment and commitment to issues discussed.
● Provide complete correspondence services, routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies when required to ensure that all mail is dealt with efficiently.
● Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
● Organize any requested event and coordinate the venue, food, invitations and etc.
● Responsible for providing data and preparing presentations, reports, and narrative documentation.
● Perform minor accounting duties.
● Responsible for related out-of-office works (any related office, bank, post office, etc.).
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or a personal assistant at a CEO or C-level office.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree.
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (both Farsi and English).
● Fluent in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
● Detail-oriented and multi-task person.
● Eager to progress and learn.
● Problem-solving and solution providing approach.
