-Works in professional and focused manner to schedule and coordinates of internal and external meetings and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters specially import and export, packages etc.) and report to Managing Director.
-Coordinates and arranges CEO travel plans both domestically and abroad, (Visa, Ticket and Hotel is included).
-Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by Managing Director
-Handling CEO guests, customers and clients.
-Coordinates office management activities.
-Liaising between other staff and the CEO.
-This includes preparing presentations and taking notes in the meetings.
-Uses Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce materials for internal and external meetings and conferences.
Requirements
-At least 3 years of experience.
-Bachelor or Master's degree.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Fluency in English language (writing, listening, speaking and reading). & knowing German language is an advantage.
-require international travel.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Excellent time management and perfect attention to details.
-Self-motivated.
