Assist or manage various projects including human resources, public relations, annual reports, or special projects related to personnel and organizational improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to advance assigned projects and follow up to perform all required actions on time.
Prepare summary notes and related updates on projects and identified issues; Also review them and make suggestions.
Provide regular reports to the manager according to his request, helping the CEO during the evaluation by tracking the performance of assigned tasks and their deadlines.
Prepare necessary materials to present to the manager when reporting to the board of directors.
Assist the manager when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues or other organizational problems.
Collaborate with the manager to form and sustain a success-oriented, positive, and motivated organizational culture.
Arrange meetings and prepare meeting minutes related to the CEO and follow up on the meeting minutes until the results are achieved.
Coordinate external and internal meetings of the CEO and board members.
Follow up on matters assigned by the CEOArrange CEO trips according to his calendar and plans.
Communicate with foreign customers.
