Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated CEO Assistant to support our CEO in all aspects of their daily activities. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, has excellent communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's schedule and arrangements appointments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling all calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as directed by the CEO.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for all documents and records related to the CEO's activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
