● Overall accountability for the design and implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
● Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners.
● Prepare and present specific strategies for learning and development and performance management.
● Develop and maintain strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increasing a high-performance working culture in place.
● Lead the development of HR service-level agreements with business units.
● Provide thorough leadership and best-practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
● Oversee the design and implementation of organization strategy.
● Accountable for HR policies, procedures, and alignments.
● Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out.
● Present HR consultancy to business units at a high level of professionalism.
● Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.
Requirements
● At least 8 years of experience in OD, people development, and talent management areas.
● Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
● Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, and reports and presenting these to top management.
● Ability to evaluate current processes, and challenges and provide sound solutions, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
● Demonstrates strong negotiation, influencing, and management skills.
● Ability to manage the demands of multiple projects at one time.
