Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to prepare and develop the strategy and development plan for a product group (including one or more brands) and manage the implementation of the developed plans to maximize the organization's benefits.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • To supervise the design and development of the long-term operational plan and strategy of the brand and product group according to market research and available data to promote and improve the brand.
  • To monitor the marketing budget allocation according to activities and projects required by brands and product groups.
  • To participate in the pricing strategy in interaction with related departments, taking into account market research and analysis of competitors' activities.
  • To analyze the sales data to ensure the best performance of brands and product groups in the market.
  • To align and synchronize the operation teams and brand strategy and create effective communication for brand integration and coordination.
  • To supervise the executive and communication planning of the brand and the process of implementing the processes in the different strategy and operations teams of the brand to ensure effective inter-team communication.
  • To notify the operational plan and brand strategy to the relevant teams to ensure the implementation of the processes by the designed plan and issuing appropriate measures.
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and the performance of the beneficiary teams by reviewing the product brand data in the category in order to issue various corrective measures.
  • To prepare the report on the progress of projects defined categories to present to the superior.
  • To participate and cooperate with superiors to facilitate macro-category decisions.
  • To examine the data and benchmarks in various areas of branding related to products under the category in order to make decisions in the field of strategy and operations.
  • To prepare and compile the proposed plans for the promotion and improvement of the brand of category products to be presented to the superior.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of managerial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communication Sciences, or an MBA graduate.
  • Strong in accountability, consumer-oriented, systemic thinking, effective communications people management, and team making.
  • Proficiency in recognition of market and competitors, principles of advertising, marketing and branding, and market research.
  • Fluent in English.
