Job Description

Systematic recording of inventory turnover (input and output of goods in the warehouse) and necessary coordination with the warehouse and distribution representative team to prepare and present system reports to the stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the representative warehouse team and coordinate the process of receiving shipments from suppliers.
  • Register the agents' stock turnover in the system to maintain the entry and exit documents.
  • Daily warehouse management and follow-up with stakeholders, including representative warehouse team and financial unit, to resolve warehouse discrepancies.
  • Control the processes of storing and storing and sending goods to ensure storage and distribution based on instructions and standards.
  • Register the delivery and non-delivery of the orders sent for distribution and provide a return report to the beneficiaries.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including the product supply team, and follow up on product supply issues.
  • Prepare appropriate reports including daily and monthly distribution reports and returned goods reports to be presented to stakeholders, including logistics manager, logistics planning, sales, and representative.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to follow up on sending orders outside the delivery time.
  • Plan and control the daily distribution processes, including routing, coordinating machines, printing remittances, and printing distribution summaries and invoices to ensure the implementation of processes according to defined standards.
  • Prepare a proposal for improvement in operational indicators to present to the management.
  • Check critical performance indicator data and follow up and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the achievement of goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
  • At least three years of managerial experience.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Warehousing and warehouse handling, Microsoft Office, distribution planning, ERP-SAP, Power BI, English, report writing, principles and basics of logistics and supply chain.

Behavioral Competence:

  • Systemic thinking, accountability, change leadership, outcome-oriented, effective communication skills, consumer-oriented, people management, and team making (teamwork).
