Job Description

  • Research and analyze data and market insights, to select the assortment of the section, range, and manage price, positioning, promotion, product, and policy to answer consumer needs as well as company.
  • Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories based on the plan prepare periodical reports and analyze the efficiency of the planning.
  • Ensure the proper conversation, utilization, and profitability of the company's assets.
  • Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
  • Ensure product availability and positioning of a product category to maximize its visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sourcing teams and research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities.
  • Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product categories.
  • Guarantee the quality, confidentiality application, and protection of the company's know-how.
  • Promotes and practices communication and participatory management within the team.
  • Develop and implement the job training for the team.
  • Responsible for the performance management of the team.
  • Calculate forecasts for product demand trends and manage and track budget.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of FMCG and retail industries.
  • Perfectly familiar with analytical tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Perfectly familiar with English.
