At KPlus Group, we are seeking a highly capable and entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager.
This role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader who can drive commercial performance, expand market presence, build high-performing teams, and ensure sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business and strengthening its position within the construction materials market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability
Identify new business opportunities, products, and market segments
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial and operational teams
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Monitor business performance through financial and operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required
Define pricing strategies in collaboration with product management and commercial leadership
Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes
Ensure alignment of business activities with KPlus Group's overall strategy and governance framework
Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within construction materials, building products, or related industries
Previous experience in a General Manager, Business Unit Head, CEO, or similar leadership role is highly desirable
Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales management, and business development
Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership
