Job Description
- Develop and implement business strategies for the assigned unit that align with the overall corporate objectives.
- Oversee the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Build and lead a high-performing team within the business unit.
- Manage the product portfolio within the business unit, including new product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- PhD of Pharmacy/Pharmacology/Medicine.
- Proven experience (typically 8 to 10 years) in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on business unit management.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, market access, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business situations and develop actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
