● Create business plans and develop business strategies to achieve the business goals.
● Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
● Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data.
● Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of the division.
● Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development.
● Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
Requirements
● At least a Master’s degree in Business, Management, or other related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience as a business manager or similar role in the FMCG industry (Canned foods, Tea, Cooking Oil).
● Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● In-depth knowledge of various business operations (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.).
● Proficiency in Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Fluent in English.
● Age: 30 to 40 years old.
