For our Contract Division we are looking for a Business Manager ICO® -- ITALIAN CONTRACT OFFICE ICO® is a portal to Italian excellence, a free consultancy service to Iranian engineers, architects, procurement companies and constructors. ICO® supports project development by connecting Iranian and Italian companies as well as easing communication during tendering, contracting, supplying and export compliance phases. It is powered by Italian governmental agencies and industrial associations and it has been developed under the auspices of the Italian Embassy in Iran. Opportunities: Working in an international environment in contact with European management with a long background in multinationals and dealing with foreigner private companies as well as industrial and governmental association. Grow marketing competences and undertake career development plans. In its role he/she will be responsible for the development of the commercial activities of ICO® in the Country. The main goal is developing contract opportunities for Italian companies. He/she will be supported by the Group marketing dept.; a project manager will be insert in the business unit as well In particular he/she will: • Develop a network of Iranian engineers, architects, constructors, EPC and Procurement Co. • Grow the ICO® project portfolio • Monitor and follow up on project development and accounts needs • Maintain strong relationship with key accounts • Coordinate Marketing activities • Coordinate workflow between Italian and Iranian companies The role will report into the MD of the Group. A carrier development plan and a proper bonus scheme will be structured according to the person's talents and attitude.
