Job Description

Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business.
Keep detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow at the business site and control business P&L.
Report to the CEO when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits.
Work with other managers and key departments of the organization such as marketing, financial, and especially sales and distribution channels.
Create a long-term business strategy.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Prepare a business plan and business model with the cooperation of the CEO.
Integrate supply chain and sales to enhance product profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
Experience in business management positions with various types of businesses.
Experience in sourcing, importing, and producing new products.
Familiar with product design.
Multitasking ability.
Excellent business analysis skills.
Great negotiation skills.
Great team building and leadership skills.
Ideal age range: 32 to 45 years old.
