Job Description
Information Requirements Analysis:
- Identify and analyze reporting and management dashboard needs from different organizational units.
- Translate business needs into technical and data specifications.
Design and Develop BI Dashboards and Reports:
- Create interactive, visual, and analyzable reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for managers and experts.
Create and Manage ETL Processes:
- Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from different sources.
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
Data Warehouse Modeling and Construction:
- Design analytical data models (such as star or snowflake models).
- Develop OLAP databases and build multidimensional structures for complex analyses.
Data Quality and Security Assurance:
- Check and control the accuracy, integrity, and security of reported data.
- Perform data tests to ensure the validity of outputs.
Technical Documentation of Projects and Reports:
- Document the structure of dashboards, data models, and ETL processes.
- Update documentation to facilitate future maintenance and development.
Support and Maintain BI Systems:
- Fix bugs, optimize report performance, and respond to user requests.
- Upgrade BI tools and data platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with data analytics, IT, finance, and other departments to align analytical goals.
- Advise on design and key performance indicators (KPIs).
