Job Description

Partner with business stakeholders from different teams to provide custom detail-oriented dashboards and reports utilizing traditional and ad-hoc BI reporting tools. The role conducts data analysis, performs detailed database queries, creates report and dashboard solutions needed by a business or executive operations, and assists with the administration of the application platform. Roles: ● Design, build, and deploy BI solutions, e.g. reporting tools. ● Evaluate and improve existing BI systems on Microsoft Tech Stack like SSRS, SSAS, SQL Server, Power BI, etc. ● Communicate effectively with other teams to integrate systems or gather requirements. ● Develop and execute complex database queries and conduct analysis and come to a conclusion via insights. ● Help, train, and lead juniors and break down barriers to progress. ● Create ETL Pipelines on SSIS. ● Work and create a model on SSAS Tabular Model (SSAS multidimensional experience is desirable too). ● Prepare Dataware house design and troubleshoot DB performance issues.

Requirements

● Good communication skills (essential). ● Leadership and teamwork qualities (essential). ● Experience with SSAS Tabular or Multidimensional (essential). ● Experience in ETL Tools like Kettle or SSIS (essential). ● Experience with DBMS systems like MySQL or SQL server (essential). ● Experience analyzing complex data and creating reports based on it (desirable). ● Experience with SQL server and analysis service (Tabular) performance tuning (essential). ● Experience in visualization tools like Power BI, SSRS, or other related platforms (essential). ● Proven experience as a BI developer or data scientist (essential).
