- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Prepare and develop a customer database

Requirements
- BSc or MBA, commercial management or business management
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, experience in Cosmetics and personal care industry is an advantage
- Proven track record in sales & marketing of cosmetics finished goods is highly preferred. However, applicants with work experience in sales/marketing of raw materials/ingredients of cosmetics/personal-care products followed by those having the same in chemicals could apply.
- Managing the sales team and have the skill to grow business through growing teamwork
- Strong public relation and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
