Job Description

- Prepare sales action plans and strategies - Schedule sales activity - Prepare and develop a customer database - Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials - Developing and managing sales and marketing activities in the defined market segments - Planning to add new customers and agents - Make sales & marketing calls to new leads and existing clients - Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development - Forecasting the budget, calculating P&L - Monitoring the purchasing process for raw materials - Negotiating with external partners for production and packaging - Closing the sales contracts with customers - Applying for FDA permissions for finished goods - Supervising production from quality control perspectives and do's and don'ts

Requirements

- BSc or MBA, commercial management or business management - At least 10 years of experience in sales management, experience in Cosmetics and personal care industry is an advantage - Proven track record in sales & marketing of cosmetics finished goods is highly preferred. However, applicants with work experience in sales/marketing of raw materials/ingredients of cosmetics/personal-care products followed by those having the same in chemicals could apply. - Managing the sales team and have the skill to grow business through growing teamwork - Strong public relation and communication skills - Good negotiation skills - Familiar to English - Eager to sell and learn - Understanding the sales process - Try to build a constant relationship with the current/ potential customers - Understanding to specify lead/customer Grade - Strong Teamwork and Flexible - Computer Skills: MS Office - Good command of presentation skills - Ideal Age: 30 - 40
