Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Analyze client needs and propose customized logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence and competitive offers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
