Role Description:
• B2B Customer Service: Managing the Process of Customer Service in FI and FS channels to meet customer satisfaction
• B2B Business New Opportunities: identify, analysis, planning and implementation of new business opportunities either in fat and oil market or any other areas in B2B segment.
• B2B Marketing: analyzing the Entire market trends, competitor product positioning and performing B2B marketing events in FI and FS segments in the context of online and offline channels
• B2B Product Management: Designing, Tracking and Developing the product features, Qualification Plan, Strategy and root to market of B2B product portfolio. Launching New Products to ensure meeting customer needs.
• Application Center: Developing the application center infrastructures and methods and implement the co-development projects with B2B customers
• Technical Training: Design, Perform and Track the technical training of Fat & Oil product knowledge as well as product application for internal teams and customers
• Business Strategy of B2B Business growths, product roadmap, and customer journey in line with Savola Professional Strategies

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Food Science with preferably an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business School

Experience: 7 - 10 years relevant experience in New Product Development and/or Business development experience in the field of Food Industries
