Job Description

● Design, evaluate, re-engineer and improve processes in all organization systems. ● Design, implement and manage the strategic development of the company's ERP platform across all business functions (Administration, Finance, Projects, Procurement, Marketing, etc.). ● Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting. ● Develop business Intelligence tools and report to CEO/Board of directors on a regular basis. ● Monitor the efficiency of human resources and provide suggestions to increase efficiency in all units base on business goals and roadmap. ● Prepare business analysis, yearly planning, and managerial reports.

Requirements

● Having strong analytical skills. ● Having a creative approach to solving problems. ● Being interactive, agile, and interested in learning and progress in work. ● Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or Information Technology. ● Having great research ability. ● Experienced in data review and statistical analysis. ● Able in documenting and recording everything. ● Experienced in solution designing. ● Able to design wireframes for visualizing requirements. ● Fluent in English (Especially in reading and writing). ● Fluent in MS Project and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Power BI). ● Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position. ● Age range: 28 to 34 years old.
