-Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market
-Analyze competition market and reporting
-Develop marketing and branding ideas and execution plans
-Take brand ownership and execute strategies to exceed competition
-Align with cross functional team on brand activation calendar & execute brand related projects & activation
-Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines
-Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
-Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
-Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
-Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
-Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
-Support Marketing function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them
-Reporting to: Marketing Manager
-Job Location: Tehran Office
-Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country & abroad
Requirements
-B.S. /M.S. degree in Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred
-At least 5 years work experience in brand management or related fields
-Highly experienced in presentation skills
-Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Drive for results and leaderships skills
-Self-motivated
-Ability to manage & steer cross functional teams
-Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
-Highly creative with ability to think out of box
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
-Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
-Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
-Ability to work & deliver in challenging work environment
-Language Skills: Fluent in English
