Delight target consumers, build a strong brand, and generate strong brand-building results


  • Develops and updates consumer portrait, and consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand.
  • Manages 60/40+ baskets, packaging, NHW dashboard, services, and CSV related to her/his brand.
  • Realize surveys and other data collection methods to update consumer profiling across the country.
  • Develop and update consumer portrait, understand the in-store environment, contribute to category strategy, define a desired relative price, provide recommendations to pricing and promotional strategy, and propose SKUs for key channels and key customers.
  • Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, and maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands.
  • Contributes to the development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health, and strategic alignment. 
  • Contributes to the development of OBPs Big Ideas, and engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with brand agencies and ensures all brand communications are well aligned with annual strategy.
  • Plan and develop Brand Campaigns/partnership or sponsorship campaigns driven from MKT data, surveys, and sales learnings across Omni channels and OOH to either improve brand perception or support sales in seasonality campaigns.
  • Leads the development of strong and functionally-aligned brand and ICP plans.
  • Ensures execution of plans; tracks and monitors impact on brand performance and brand health.
  • Executes local digital/eBusiness strategy in alignment with key local and regional stakeholders.
  • Maximizes business value by using digital to drive cross-functional (E-Business, Marketing).
  • Directs consumer interaction through real-time digital channels (CRM, social media platforms, etc.). 
  • Analyzes the marketplace strategically, leads, and sets the strategic direction for the Commercial and Digital aspects of e-commerce.
  • Leads the eCommerce project program and establishes best practice tools, knowledge, processes, infrastructure, and capabilities to enable the delivery of e-commerce plans.
  • Sources new ways of working, and new business models, shares best practices, and challenges existing business approaches.
  • Close cooperation with the CES team in charge of website management, SEO, and Google Analytics making sure our digital approach is consistent with our digital assets.


  • At least 4 years of managerial experience in marketing or 3 years in other functions ideally in sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing.
  • Good internet and social platforms are technical and functional knowledge.
  • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects.
  • Good understanding of the digital and eCommerce landscape.
