* End-to-end ownership and management of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure * Scheduling sales meetings with senior managers and key decision-makers in companies and organizations * Conducting effective sales meetings with mid-level and senior executives * Identifying enterprise customer needs and proposing solutions aligned with their business challenges * Leading professional negotiations with key company decision-makers * Documenting, tracking, and updating sales opportunities in the CRM system * Maintaining professional written communication with clients (emails and formal correspondence) * Providing regular, transparent, and analytical reports to the Sales Manager * Actively following up on sales opportunities until a clear outcome is achieved (won or lost) * Ensuring assigned tasks are followed through to successful completion
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience (services, solutions, or products) with enterprise clients * Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and sales funnel management * Experience working with CRM systems and commitment to systematic documentation and follow-up * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills when engaging with mid-level managers and key decision-makers * Ability to plan and manage structured sales meetings * Ability to provide consistent and accountable reporting to the Sales Manager * Strong professional written communication skills * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
