  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users, fostering loyalty and promoting retention.
  • Gather feedback and insights from users, helping to inform product development and improve the overall platform experience.
  • Increase average daily calls to customers.
  • Increase reactivated users.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with customer experience.
  • Proficient in experience models and customer value analysis.
  • Sufficient statistical knowledge of using statistical analysis tools.
  • Ability to identify weaknesses and complications in the field of customers.
  • Ability to generate ideas and provide solutions to communicate with customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in report writing.
  • Ability to perform executive operations in direct (face-to-face) communication with customers.
