● Establish a compelling B2B sales vision, identify key strategies and execute tactics to deliver ambitious growth targets.
● Oversee all aspects of B2B sales, including negotiating with the customers, sales enhancements, field marketing support, customer insights generation, and actionable reporting and analytics.
● Collaborate with sales leadership to provide input into annual goal setting and strategy development.
● Develop a deep nurturing flow for sophisticated B2B customer segments.
● Measure, analyze and report on results to drive actionable insights.
● Ensure customer data and insights from the portfolio are turned into actions and communicated across the department.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
● Minimum 3 years of related experience.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
● Strong negotiation skills.
● Sales oriented.
