Job Description
Prepare meetings
• Receive clients
• Communicate with the Company employees
• Travel arrangements
• Answer phone calls and deliver messages
• Coordinate services receiving from outsource contracts
• Make sure office equipment and admin supplies are available and in good order on daily basis
• Efficient office networking
• Maintaining effective filing system on the server as well as classified hard copies for all incoming and outgoing correspondences
Requirements
• BS Degree
• Fluent in English language
• Fluent in working with MS office
• Minimum 3 year relevant experience
• Must be able to write and speak clearly and consistently
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
